(NASDAQ: GLPI) (the “Company”) announced today that at its meeting yesterday, the Company’s Board of Directors declared the first quarter 2021 cash dividend of $0.65 per share of its common stock (this dividend payment reflects the impact of the common stock issuance of 9.2 million shares during the fourth quarter 2020 and 8.0 million shares related to stock dividend payments during 2020). The dividend is payable on March 23, 2021 to shareholders of record on March 9, 2021.
While the Company intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future, all subsequent dividends will be reviewed quarterly and declared by the Board of Directors at its discretion.
