SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 22, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE: MTH), a leading U.S. homebuilder, announces that CEO Phillippe Lord was appointed to its board of directors on February 17, 2021, bringing its membership to a total of 10.
Mr. Lord, who previously served as chief operating officer of Meritage Homes, became CEO on January 1, 2021, replacing former Chairman and CEO Steven J. Hilton. Mr. Hilton has since transitioned to the role of executive chairman.
