Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS) has received a Maturity Level 3 by CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®.
DISYS, a global managed services and staffing firm with 33 offices worldwide, outlined its global service division’s processes to the CMMI Institute for an audit to verify the processes are sound and adhere to industry standards.
The evaluation, performed by an independent auditor, uses CMMI’s capability improvement framework to provide organizations with feedback on the effectiveness of processes, and issues advice on how processes could improve. After completion of this audit, CMMI awarded DISYS a Maturity Level 3 appraisal.
A Maturity Level 3 appraisal indicates the Global Services Division at DISYS demonstrates and implements processes well-characterized and understood, while being compliant with standards, procedures, tools and methods accepted in the global services space. These processes are included in basic units such as PeopleSoft, WebMethods, MOET, DLM, UC4 and support functions such as SEPG, SQA and OT.
This elevated level of process shows DISYS has developed standards that exhibit all traits required for a Maturity Level 3 rating and further demonstrate the processes have the potential to become established further and improved over time, as new information & technology evolves.
